1. Students must be loyal and active in attending 3 services a week of CBC and its special events, i.e., Mission Nights, Conference, Camps, Mission Trips, etc.
  2. Students must be involved in soul winning and evangelistic centers of CBC , as well as in Church Missions Outreaches.
  3. Students must wear polo and slacks (Men), blouse and at least knee-length skirt (Women) or prescribed school uniform if available.
  4. Students must be active members of CBC or another local church of similar faith.
  5. Tuition fee is P200.00 per course. This ministry will be supported only by tuition and free will offerings for church member students.
  6. Every student is to set aside a certain amount every month for book purchases.
  7. Every student must obtain at least 75% raw score to get a passing grade in every course taken. However, the GPA must not be lower than 75% to graduate.
  8. Graduation shall be held middle of June after the student has submitted summer ministerial field assignment 3 reports and has passed the panel examination. Graduates shall be screened and endorsed by CAM officers upon application, before formal deployment to Mission Church Outreach.
  9. Women students are to prepare lessons not sermons.
  10. Each course is equivalent to 2 credit units; ministry field assignment is 3 units. A course requires 13 week quarterly period or 2 hours per session.
  11. The complete four year curriculum includes the following areas of study: systematic theology, biblical theology, historical theology, practical theology, pastoral theology, music theology, mission theology, Christian education, church ministry courses, English and Filipino courses, False religious groups, and summer ministry field assignment.
  12. Every student must abide by the CBC fundamental Baptist distinctive both within and without the classroom.
  13. Every student must maintain a good Christian testimony at all times and in every place. Single students are not allowed to engage in dating, courtship, and marriage without the permission of the School Director.
  14. Every full time student is expected to spend a daily minimum of 2 study hours preparing for each class; ; 3 hours of church ministry work; and if possible a maximum of 20 part time work hours per week. The maximum number of unexcused absences is 3. Beyond this, the student will be automatically dropped from the course. Tardiness is arriving beyond 15 minutes after the time, except on occupational reasons. Violations shall be given proper punishment.
  15. Cheating is sinful wherever it is committed, inside or outside the classroom. Every student is to maintain an individual personal work assignment on every course. You are never to copy the work or answer of anyone without permission and acknowledgement.
  16. Every student must abide by the CBC fundamental Christian music conviction at all times and in every place. He is not to expose himself to any ungodly music, in whatever manner, that destroys the good testimony of the school and church.
  17. Every student may use the library from 1-9 PM, Tuesday to Friday, with the permission of the school librarian. However, books cannot be taken out of the library.
  18. Violation of any above rules and regulation shall be properly warned and corrected. Expulsion from the school shall be imposed to persistently disobedient student after probation and correction.
  19. Studying at CBMS is not a right but a privilege of every student. Hence, it may be withdrawn by the school council.
  20. Every student is to hold in high respect every teacher inside and outside the classroom. A student must maintain an honorable manner of speaking and relating with a teacher. As such the teacher is the Pastor in every classroom to whom the student must submit.
  21. CBMS believes in the supremacy of King James Version English Bible and is the only permissible version for use in all school activities both inside and outside the classroom. “Ang Salita ng Diyos” is the official Filipino NT Bible.
  22. All other policy, rules, and regulation shall be added, modified, and deleted as deemed right by the school council.
